A: We offer a 48-hour email delivery guarantee. The 48-hour period begins once we have completed the initial email / telephone consultation with you to identify the important criteria to include on your CV. If you live outside the UK then the times will vary.

A: No, due to the high volume of CV requests, we want to ensure that we spend a good amount of time on your CV, giving it the best quality.

Q: What if I don’t like my new CV?
A: We’re extremely confident that you’ll be happy with the end result. The vast majority of our clients are happy with first and second drafts. We do have an 7-day unlimited amendment policy, meaning that you can contact us at any time within the 7 days of completion for us to make any amendments.

Q: If I’m still unhappy, can I get a refund?
A: Yes, if we have exhausted our efforts, then you do have up to 14 days from the day of purchase to ask for a full refund. All of the payments go through via our preferred merchant PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds after 14 days from the initial purchase date. Please be sure to ask for your CV writer for reasonable and specific requests to ensure you are satisfied with your CV.
