How we work

ExpressCV has an extremely simple process of working. We are purely an online service and all communications will be carried out by email, telephone or Skpe. The process is as follows;

  1. Choose your preferred product and make a payment.
  2. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you to begin the process.
  3. We will consult with you by e-mail, over the telephone (or by Skype if you are outside of the UK) in order to get to know you and learn about your skills and professional experiences.
  4. We will then go away for up to two days to create the first drafts of your chosen document(s).
  5. We will e-mail you the first drafts for review 48 hours from the completion of the initial consultation.
  6. On delivery of your first draft, we will await your response and you will provide your feedback and approval.
  7. On approval, the 7-day amend period will commence, where you will have the opportunity to make any amends within the 7-day period.
